  • Employee definition includes One Man Limited contractors (OML) which have long been a staple feature of the industry’s diverse and complementary workforce.
  • Our Employers Liability policy can accommodate a variety of roles, from the drill deck to the control room. 
  • Our definition of Offshore Activity has been clarified and now includes floating production storage and offloading vessels FPSOs.
  • Broad definition of injury. 

Oil and Gas Protect provides significant limits from EL Indemnity through to Employee Related Accident Benefits – where we are providing more meaningful awards for accidents that have the most impact in the sector.

  • The Contractual Liability extension comprises a Waiver of Subrogation where required in Contract. It is designed to remove ambiguity by removing references and references to “standard contracts”.
  • Cover now includes any required named Indemnitees, Indemnity to Principal, and Named Additional Insured status.
  • Cover also includes:  Indemnity to Principal and Named Additional Insured Status, Products unknowingly sold to USA. advice design service and specification cover for injury or damage
