Virtual Medical Care, included at no extra cost with Lifeline Plus, is a valuable benefit employers can offer their staff. It provides 24/7 access to UK GPs for virtual consultations, expert second opinions on existing diagnoses, and now, virtual physiotherapy through our newly launched service, Virtual Physio.

Virtual Medical Care is a service available with AIG’s Lifeline Plus insurance, provided by the third-party Teladoc Health UK. AIG does not provide medical advice.
